Different levels of interviews and screening tests are planned to gauge the candidate's skills and experience. We have with us the well-developed databank for searching profiles based on the job requirements and clients' unique needs.
Our team works in tandem with our valued clients to gauge their current and future requirements and accordingly maintain the inputs for further reference. We train our team of recruiters on advanced technologies and selection tools. Interviews for candidates are conducted using advanced tests to assess their technical knowledge, aptitude and attitude.

Final Recruitment Process
After all mandatory tests, interviews and norms, we engage candidates with the clients on permanent, temporary, project and on contract basis. We also assure of consistent service, so that incase any of the candidate is terminated within a period of 3 months, free of charge replacement is provided to them.
