Rajashekar Reddy, Director: The in-charge for the domestic operations of the company. A law graduate along with Masters in Economics and Business Administration (Human Resources) with Career spread over 36 years in various domains.
MJ Padmaja – The Manager for Overseas Recruitments. An MBA with more than ten years of experience plays a key role in developing talent pipelines upholding best recruitment practices. She is constantly striving to define and implement strategies for sourcing top talents from different parts of the globe.
Lakshmi - Manager - Domestic Recruitment: A qualified Software Engineer with over ten years of experience in domestic and overseas talent acquisition. She is playing the key role of anchoring the recruitment process and also as a trainer, technical expert, team leader and a guide to the recruitment staff.
Recruitment Staff: Twenty staff members mostly MBAs in HR with varying educational backgrounds from B.Tech in IT and other engineering disciplines to B.Com with specialisations in their respective fields synergise the recruitment process.
Operational Staff: There are five permanent and another twenty on call staff for the special recruitment drives we conduct for our Overseas Clients at various cities (Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai and other Cities).
